Perfect for couples or two friends, this beautiful barn conversion has everything you need to enjoy some quiet time away. It overlooks the stunning Garron Valley, so you can enjoy the spectacular views throughout the accommodation. The ground floor accommodation is light and airy, with high ceilings that make the most of the natural light that floods through.

Originally used for lambing and calving, Valley View was converted by highly-skilled craftsman. They seamlessly integrated the ancient, traditional features with modern facilities (including underfloor heating throughout), to ensure you have a comfortable and restful stay.

The hand-made kitchen has lots of appliances and a large worktop with electrically controlled rise and fall (adjustable for wheelchair users). So keen cooks will be in their element here. But if you prefer to eat out, there are places to visit nearby too. The beamed lounge has 2 comfy armchairs and a sofa to get cosy on, along with a smart TV and a stereo with an iPod dock. So how you relax is up to you – watch a movie, listen to some tunes or just sit and take in those beautiful views?

The en-suite bedroom has two large single beds which can be zipped together. They’ll be made up with fresh, quality bed linen to relax in after a busy day. Then get your day started with a power shower in the large wetroom, you’ll be raring to get out and see the sights!

Outside you are spoiled with not one, but two patio areas. One in its own private corner where you can sit and enjoy your morning cuppa watching the wildlife and listening to birdsong. The other is south-facing – the ideal spot for catching the afternoon sun when you return from your day of exploring. You can even enjoy some al fresco dining or fire up the BBQ. The outside space is fragrant, quiet and peaceful. Watch the livestock graze on the valley slopes, gaze at the birds soaring above and wonder at the antics of the inhabitants of the rookery in the mature trees by the river.
