Came for and on my birthday, had lovely meal in the village pub and received a 10% discount for staying here [bonus!]. Visited Monmouth, lovely place = went to Symond's vat and had a lovely walk, Forest of Dean area.
This is the first time we had visited the area,. Our accommodation in "Valley View" was splendid along with our hosts, Edward & Marian and Oh Bella! !!
If ever in the area again, we would definitely consider as it is relaxing and serene .

We've enjoyed our stay in Valley View, everyone has been so friendly & helpful. The accommodations beautifuly quiet & quite tranquil with gorgeous views over the Valley. We came to go Kayaking along the River Wye, which was fantastic. We totally recommend Goodrich Castle and Raglan Castle.
We enjoyed walking the Forest of Dean, going to the Kymin [ National Trust], as the views over Monmouth are amazing. Drove down to Chepstow along the river towards Tintern Abby, it's well worth a visit.Thank you fro yourr amazing hospitality

This is NOT the first time visiting and won't be the last. Being disabled and in a wheelchair it's hard to find a holiday specifically for a disabled person/s with pets but, this place, I would thoroughly recommend. The whole area is dog welcoming. Not specifically the owners but definitely the dogs heh, heh. Seriously though, try it. It's quiet, friendly, clean and welcoming. What more could you ask for???
